Graduate Certificate in Commercial Real Estate
The Department of Entrepreneurship and Management offers a 12 credit hour Graduate Certificate in Commercial Real Estate. This certificate may be earned alone or in combination with another graduate degree at UMKC and is especially appropriate for those who aspire to a successful career in the commercial real estate sector.
Applicants to the Graduate Certificate in Commercial Real Estate are considered for admission based on the undergraduate cumulative grade point averages, resumes, goal statements, and other criteria established by the faculty. Some candidates may be eligible for admission without the GMAT. For current admission requirements visit Bloch's Graduate Admissions website.
